Hey, I’m Pablo, an Engineering Manager who somehow still can’t resist opening a terminal on weekends, whether it’s to build a side project or just SSH into a server for the fun. I’m based in Lille, France, originally from Argentina, and I’ve spent the last 15+ years bouncing between writing code, building infrastructure, and connecting people to work and build together.

My path has taken me through Electronics, Full-Stack Development, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and Engineering Management, I’ve led infrastructure and platform teams, built SRE teams from scratch, and managed distributed teams across time zones and always trying to keep the pager quiet.

These days I care about distributed systems, and open source software, the kind of stuff that keeps me up late not because production is on fire, but because I actually enjoy it. I also co-founded and help organize SRE France, a nonprofit community, and the SRE France Meetup (1000+ members and counting), plus the SRE SummerCamp, proof that reliability engineers know how to have a good time too.

When I’m not deploying things or explaining what “reliability” actually means, I’m probably training for a marathon or a triathlon. Turns out debugging distributed systems and long-distance running require the exact same skill: pretending you’re not suffering while you figure out what’s actually wrong.
